EZUP workstation cranes

Motorized in every motion. Radio controlled as standard.

EZUP cranes pick up where typical workstation cranes stop: up to 3 tons, bridge spans to 60 feet, and powered bridge, trolley and hoist travel on every system.

Two lines

Industrial and Professional.

Pick the line by duty and the power you have. Both use the same engineering behind them.

EZUP advantages

Well engineered and easy to maintain.

Heavy-duty wheel blocks

Solid steel wheels with 70D polyurethane treads give smooth, quiet travel for years.

Worm-gear drives, no brakes

Industrial motors and worm gearboxes hold position. There are no brake pads to adjust or replace.

Radio control standard

Industrial radio with two transmitters, so the operator stands clear of the load.

Variable speed

VFD bridge and trolley controls cut load swing. Simple controls are easy to repair.

Best hook height

Low-clearance design as standard, and no power or control wires hanging down.

Clean power feed

Enclosed conductor bar runs along the bridge and runway.

Usually no foundation

With at least a 4 in. concrete slab, you will likely not need new footings. We evaluate your floor first.

Lifetime warranty

On all structural and mechanical components. Electrical components carry one year; hoists carry the manufacturer's warranty.

From inquiry to load test

How an EZUP system goes in.

  1. Layout

You give us the load, coverage area and clear height. We lay out the bridge and runway.

  2. Engineering check

Our PE checks the slab or the building structure the system hangs from.

  3. Fabrication

Steel is fabricated and the components are assembled and wired in the shop.

  4. Installation

Our crew or a qualified local installer sets the runway and bridge.

  5. Load test

The crane is load tested and you receive a load test certificate.
